Protection of persons and property at Teatr Baj in Warsaw

Summary

The tender concerns 24-hour protection of the Teatr Baj site, its building and persons lawfully present there, together with porter services, at Jagiellońska 28 in Warsaw. The service is to run for 18 months from 30 September 2026 at 12:01 until 31 March 2028 at 12:00, unless the contract is signed later. The tender must be submitted electronically through ezamowienia.gov.pl by 7 September 2026 at 12:00, and bidders remain bound by their tenders until 30 October 2026. The bidder must demonstrate a valid security-services concession, civil liability insurance of at least PLN 1,000,000 and at least three properly performed 24/7 security service contracts completed during the previous three years. At least one previous site must have been a cultural institution. The service requires at least four full-time employees, electronic patrol checkpoints, an intervention group, suitable equipment and trained personnel. Tenders will be assessed on price (90%), daytime intervention response time (5%) and nighttime intervention response time (5%). The contracting authority may conduct negotiations with bidders concerning price.
