Physical security services for persons and property for the Naval Museum in Gdynia (1 October 2026 – 31 January 2028)

Summary

The tender covers physical protection of the Naval Museum building, study storage facility and adjacent outdoor area in Gdynia, including the naval weapons exhibition, persons and property, from 1 October 2026 to 31 January 2028. The service must include continuous direct guarding, monitoring of alarm, fire and CCTV systems, operation of fixed fire-extinguishing equipment in accordance with the protection plan and fire-safety instructions, and availability of an intervention group consisting of at least two armed security officers. The tenderer must hold the required concession, have civil liability insurance of at least PLN 1,000,000, demonstrate the required previous experience and provide a team of at least seven qualified security officers. The tender guarantee is PLN 10,000. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 21 August 2026 at 09:00, and documents must be prepared in Polish. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation score and the qualifications of the personnel assigned to the service account for 40%. The contracting authority may increase the service volume by up to 20% of the gross contract value, including for events.
