Maintenance and continuous operational readiness of goods-passenger lifts at the Faculty of Chemical and Process Engineering of Warsaw University of Technology

Summary

The tender covers the maintenance and continuous operational readiness of two goods-passenger lifts located in the Faculty of Chemical and Process Engineering building of Warsaw University of Technology. The services will be performed on site at Waryńskiego 1 in Warsaw for a period of 48 months. The bidder must have the required UDT competence for lift maintenance, third-party liability insurance of at least PLN 40,000, at least two relevant previous services and a team of at least three qualified persons. Tenders will be evaluated using price (60%), the time for repairing minor faults (20%) and the response travel time for calls concerning the release of trapped people (20%).
