Summary

The tender concerns a comprehensive update of the existing design documentation for the adaptation of an office and administrative building for the Wrocław Trade Inspection. The work includes analysing and verifying the existing documentation, updating multidisciplinary designs, preparing bills of quantities, investor's cost estimates and technical specifications, and obtaining the required opinions, approvals and permits. The basic scope must be completed within 120 days of contract signature and no later than 15 December 2026; within the first 21 days, the contractor must identify works that can be carried out in 2026 without updating the design documentation. As an optional scope, the contracting authority may order author supervision until 15 December 2028 and, if necessary, obtain a replacement building permit by 31 March 2027. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 24 August 2026 at 10:00. Price carries 70% and the shortened completion period for basic Stage II carries 30%; the maximum score is available for a period of up to 90 days. No tender guarantee is required and, according to the tender documents, no performance security is required either.
