Design and cost estimate documentation for the construction, expansion and reconstruction of municipal roads

Summary

The tender concerns the preparation of design and cost estimate documentation for the construction, expansion and reconstruction of municipal roads in three lots. Lot 1 covers the construction of ul. 3 Maja in Pawłowice, Lot 2 covers the expansion and reconstruction of ul. Miła in Warszowice, and Lot 3 covers the expansion of ul. Tuwima in Jarząbkowice. The work includes road design, drainage, street lighting, relocation of conflicting utilities and, for Lot 3, tree inventory and a water law report with obtaining the water permit. The price is one award criterion, and the experience of the main designer is the other quality criterion. The bidder must meet the experience and staffing requirements, submit the required declaration, provide bid security for each lot and be prepared to provide performance security.
