Organisation and delivery of events for the Regional Social Policy Centre of the Silesian Voivodeship

Summary

The procurement is divided into two lots. Lot 1 covers the comprehensive organisation of a one-day social policy conference, including stage and visual arrangements, a master of ceremonies and speakers, information materials, photography, catering, and service and coordination staff. Lot 2 covers the organisation of the 2026 Silesian Social Economy Gala, including the presentation of awards, and the production of informational and promotional films with the transfer of copyright. The tender deadline is 21 August 2026 at 00:00. Tenders may be submitted for both lots and must be submitted electronically. Tender documents must be prepared in Polish. Price carries up to 60 points and the additional experience of personnel assigned to perform the contract carries up to 40 points. The Lot 1 contract runs until 4 February 2027; Lot 2 runs from 5 October to 4 December 2026. No tender guarantee or performance security is required.
