Preparation of a Functional and Utility Programme

Summary

The tender concerns the preparation of a complete functional and utility programme for a planned multifunctional hospital building, including site development, technical infrastructure, access and traffic arrangements, necessary connections, landscaping and all equipment required for proper operation. The programme must define functional, technical, technological, material and quality requirements; conditions for carrying out and accepting construction works; information needed for design; estimated costs of design and construction works; and a graphic component. The work must be completed within 70 days, corresponding to approximately 10 weeks in stages.
