Vehicle servicing services

Summary

The tender covers periodic servicing, warranty-book maintenance and repair services for Skoda, Peugeot, Renault and Mercedes vehicles used by TDT, divided into 14 lots in different Polish cities. The contract will run for 12 months from 1 January 2027 or until the contract value is exhausted. Bids may be submitted for all lots, with no limit on the number of lots awarded to one bidder. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 24 August 2026 at 9:00. Evaluation is based on price at 60%, servicing warranty at 20%, vehicle acceptance response time at 10%, and the vehicle collection and return service at 10%.
