Design documentation for road construction – Kadzidło Municipality

Summary

The tender concerns the preparation of design documentation for the construction and expansion of roads in Kadzidło Municipality, divided into four lots. The scope includes surveying and geotechnical work, land-division documentation, the building design, required approvals and permits, the ZRID road investment permit application, bills of quantities, an investor’s cost estimate, technical specifications and a permanent traffic management design. Bids may be submitted for one or more lots. The deadline is 21 August 2026 at 9:00, and bids must be submitted electronically in Polish. The award criteria are price (60%) and invoice payment period (40%). The offered payment period must be at least 14 days; a period of 30 days or more receives the maximum score. A bid guarantee is required: PLN 1,500 for Lot 1, PLN 1,200 for Lot 2, PLN 1,500 for Lot 3 and PLN 1,500 for Lot 4.
