Carpentry and glazing repairs and maintenance services for municipal properties in the ADM-4 area

Summary

The tender covers minor ongoing carpentry and glazing repairs and continuous maintenance services in municipal buildings and premises administered by the municipality in the ADM-4 area of Gorzów Wielkopolski. The services will be performed in buildings wholly owned by the municipality, municipal residential and commercial premises in homeowners’ associations, municipal utility buildings and other properties. The actual workload will depend on service requests and identified needs; payment will be based on cost estimates using the labour, material and equipment rates submitted with the tender. The contract will run for 24 months or until its value has been used up. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 26 August 2026 at 09:00. The evaluation criteria are price at 60%, response time from notification until work to remove a failure begins at 20%, and the standby-duty rate at 20%.
