Preparation of multidisciplinary design documentation for multi-family residential buildings in Podzamcze, Łęczna municipality

Summary

The tender concerns the preparation of multidisciplinary design and cost documentation for multi-family residential buildings planned in Podzamcze, obtaining the building permit, and providing author’s supervision. The work must be completed within 152 days of contract signature. Bids must be submitted electronically by 24 August 2026 at 12:00. Bids will be evaluated by price (60%) and experience (40%). The design must ensure that the cost per square metre of usable residential area does not exceed the baseline of PLN 7,259.46 gross by more than 10%; where temporary shelter places are included, a maximum increase of 15% is allowed.
