Preparation of design and cost-estimate documentation for Grzegórzecki Park

Summary

The tender concerns the preparation of complete design and cost-estimate documentation for the Grzegórzecki Park development project in Kraków. The work includes, among other things, site, dendrological and geotechnical surveys, an environmental assessment, investigations of underground fortification remains, demolition, building and technical designs, traffic-management designs, technical specifications for construction works, bills of quantities, investor’s cost estimates and author’s supervision. The work must be completed within 350 days in three stages. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 26 August 2026 at 11:00 and must be properly signed. Price accounts for 70% of the evaluation and the chief designer’s experience for 30%. Bidders must provide bid security, performance security, liability insurance of at least PLN 500,000 and a 60-month warranty and liability period; author’s supervision must be provided for 36 months after acceptance of the work.
