Multidisciplinary design documentation for adapting underground parking areas in Toruń as temporary shelters – Stage II

Summary

The tender concerns a two-lot design service for adapting the underground parking areas of the Centre of Contemporary Art and Arena Toruń for use as temporary shelter locations. Bidders may submit tenders for both lots. The work includes surveying the relevant rooms and electrical, communications and sanitary installations, preparing the building and detailed design documentation, planning evacuation and emergency exits, and obtaining approvals from fire-safety and hygiene-sanitary experts. The documentation must comply with the applicable requirements on civil protection, temporary shelters, protective structures, accessibility, nature protection and the do-no-significant-harm principle. Stage I must be completed no later than 6 weeks after contract signature and Stage II no later than 11 weeks after contract signature; the contracting authority also states an absolute deadline of 30 November 2026 due to the funding arrangements. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish by 21 August 2026. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation and the previous experience of the project coordinator for 40%.
