Supply and installation of furniture

Summary

The tender concerns the supply and installation of office, laboratory and medical furniture in four lots for the Regional Centre for Blood Donation and Blood Treatment in Białystok and its branches. Lot 1 covers custom-made and serial office and laboratory furniture for the blood collection point in Sokółka; lot 2 covers similar furniture for the Białystok premises; lot 3 covers custom-made office furniture for the Bielsk Podlaski branch; and lot 4 covers electric stationary blood-donation chairs. The contract must be completed within 70 calendar days. The award criteria are price and, depending on the lot, warranty period; for lot 4 there is also chair load capacity. The bidder must submit the offer form, a declaration of no exclusion grounds, the required product evidence and, before signing, a performance bond of 1.5% of the contract value.
