Summary

The contract concerns the supply of a complete set of brand-new emergency and guaranteed power supply equipment for future integration with the contracting authority’s technical infrastructure. The scope includes two stationary generator sets, two automatic transfer switch systems, mobile power distribution boards, three rack cabinets with UPS systems, UPS management software if offered by the manufacturer, three portable generators, transport, unloading, carrying in or positioning, configuration, post-delivery testing, training, technical documentation, warranty and service. The bidder must also submit the required product evidence with the offer. Award criteria are price 60%, extended manufacturer warranty 15%, UPS backup time at 2000 W 10%, and response time on site 15%.
