Technical expert report on the suitability potential of St. Joseph’s Lung Diseases Hospital in Pilchowice as an emergency shelter location

The tender concerns the preparation of a technical expert report on whether the main building of St. Joseph’s Lung Diseases Hospital in Pilchowice, especially the basement part, can be adapted for an emergency shelter function. If adaptation is feasible, the contractor may also have to prepare a functional and user programme. If adaptation is not feasible or the number of places would be insufficient, the contractor must prepare a concept for a new free-standing emergency shelter on the indicated plots. The bid is evaluated on price and the designer’s experience. The bidder must have performed at least one technical expert report worth at least PLN 40,000 gross and must provide a qualified structural designer with relevant experience.
