Summary

The tender concerns the purchase, delivery and installation of equipment for civil protection and population protection tasks for Gmina Radłów. The contract is divided into two lots: Lot 1 covers external defibrillators, defibrillator capsules, mobile base radio stations and mobile radios; Lot 2 covers a stationary three-phase generator up to 120 kW with installation, a 5,000-litre drinking water tank, and a stationary radio with power supply and antenna for digital DRM radio communication with installation. The contractor must supply brand-new, unused equipment with valid certificates or declarations of conformity, deliver it to the contracting authority or another designated place in the municipality, and carry out unloading, transport insurance and any installation. The offer is evaluated on price and warranty period. No specific qualification thresholds are set, but the bidder must submit the required declarations and, for Lot 2, attend a mandatory site visit before submitting an offer.
