Revitalisation of the historic villa at Pionierów 38 with site development

Summary

The tender concerns preparation of part of the design documentation for the revitalisation of the Villa Pionierów 38 building and its adaptation for use as a cultural centre, including architectural inventory, at least two functional-layout concept variants, consultations with the investor and conservation authorities, a building design, site development design and execution design. The contract must be completed by 15 October 2026. The bidder must provide a designer with architectural design qualifications and relevant heritage-building experience, submit the required declarations, and provide a bid security of PLN 1,900.
