Summary

The contract concerns consultancy and investor supervision services for two residential building parts in Kraków, linked to energy-efficiency improvement works, lift construction and renewable energy installations. The contractor will prepare information and conditions for the procurement procedure, draft contract guidelines, supervise the design documentation, advise on technical solutions, check compliance of the works with the design and carry out final settlement of the project. The award criterion is price only. The bidder must provide qualified supervision staff and the required declarations and supporting documents.
