Summary

The tender concerns renovation works for vacant residential premises in three parts. The works cover general construction, sanitary and electrical works, including demolition, plastering, flooring, tiling, painting, plumbing and gas/heating pipe installation, sanitary fittings, electrical wiring, fittings and final electrical measurements. Bids may be submitted for all parts. The award criterion is price only. The bidder must submit the offer in Polish by electronic means and meet the participation conditions, including experience and a qualified site manager; for parts 2 and 3, monument-related experience and qualifications are also required.
