Modernisation of the sports complex "Moje boisko - ORLIK 2012" in Ińsko

Summary

The contract concerns design and build works for the modernisation of the sports complex "Moje boisko - ORLIK 2012" in Ińsko. The selected contractor must prepare the design documentation, obtain the necessary approvals and permits, and carry out the construction works, including upgrades to the football pitch and multi-purpose pitch, a running track, a long jump facility, a skatepark and LED lighting. The contract is not divided into lots. A site visit is mandatory. The bidder must submit the required declarations, meet the experience and staffing requirements, provide bid security of PLN 25,000, and the winning bidder must provide performance security equal to 3% of the gross contract price.
