Successive supply of laboratory and chemical reagents used in research work

Summary

The tender concerns the successive supply of laboratory and chemical reagents for research work in three lots: Iris Biotech or equivalent reagents, Merck/Sigma-Aldrich or equivalent reagents, and R&D Systems or equivalent reagents. The bidder must submit the required declaration under Article 125(1) and, for equivalent products, safety data sheets or manufacturer declarations in Polish or with a Polish translation. The contract runs for 12 months. Award criteria are price (60%) and the level of a fixed discount on reagents outside the list (40%).
