Summary

The tender concerns postal services and courier services for the Lower Silesian Regional Branch of the National Health Fund. It is divided into two parts: postal services in domestic and international traffic, and courier shipment services. The contract runs from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027. The price is the only award criterion. To participate, the bidder must be registered as a postal operator, have a posting facility in the required locations, maintain collection points for undelivered items across the country, submit the required declarations and cyber security statement, and employ the staff handling postal items under employment contracts for the full contract period.
