Supply of antiseptic and disinfectant products

Summary

The tender concerns the successive supply of antiseptic and disinfectant products to the hospital pharmacy of Szpital Specjalistyczny Chorób Płuc "Odrodzenie" im. Klary Jelskiej in Zakopane. The contract is divided into 9 lots, and bids may be submitted for all lots. The products must be authorised for sale and use in Poland, delivered in the manufacturer's packaging, and the outer and inner packaging must show the product name, batch number, production date and expiry date where applicable. The supplier must guarantee a minimum shelf life of 6 months from delivery. The award criterion is price only.
