Cleaning and maintenance services in the building of the State Ethnographic Museum in Warsaw and in buildings intended for temporary collection storage

Summary

The tender concerns cleaning and maintaining cleanliness in the State Ethnographic Museum in Warsaw and in temporary collection storage buildings. The contract covers cleaning of museum rooms, corridors, halls, staircases, office and social rooms, educational rooms, toilets, lifts and accessibility platforms, as well as the outdoor area around the main premises and the temporary storage buildings. The contract runs for 12 months, with the possibility of two further 12-month renewals at the contracting authority’s sole discretion. The bid is evaluated on price, coordinator experience and ISO 9001 certification. The bidder must prove experience with at least 2 similar cleaning services and provide a team with the required cleanliness or hygiene training certificates.
