Transport of persons and luggage for participants of the Adapciak training and integration camp

Summary

The contract concerns dedicated transport of people and luggage for participants of the Adapciak training and integration camp. The service includes 4 coaches with sound system, radio and GPS, at least one coach from 2006 or newer, seating for 205 participants in total plus drivers, and 1 luggage bus up to 3.5 tonnes with a vehicle length of at least 5.5 metres. The route is Łódź to the Koszalin County area near Łazy and back, on 12 and 18 September 2026. The bidder must have a current road transport operator licence for coaches, submit the required declaration and registry documents, and use electronic communication and a Polish-language offer signed with an accepted electronic signature.
