CyberWodociąg – Raising the level of cybersecurity of critical infrastructure in the water supply sector

Summary

The tender concerns the supply and implementation of a cybersecurity upgrade for critical water-sector infrastructure at Przedsiębiorstwo Wodociągów i Kanalizacji w Sztumie. The scope includes organisational work such as an information security management system audit, post-implementation documentation updates and business continuity/disaster recovery planning; training for staff, technical personnel and management; and IT and OT technical deliveries and implementation, including network devices, UTM, Wi‑Fi access points, servers, backup and archiving systems, AD and virtualisation software, antivirus, SIEM/IDS, vulnerability testing, industrial switches and OT network segmentation. The contract is not divided into lots and partial bids are not allowed. The award criteria are price and the warranty period for the delivered server systems. The bidder must meet exclusion rules, have liability insurance of at least PLN 500,000, show two similar cybersecurity implementation contracts worth at least PLN 500,000 gross each, and provide the required specialists and supporting documents.
