Organisation and delivery of educational trips for enrichment classes

Summary

The contract concerns the organisation and delivery of 6 one-day educational trips for primary school pupils in Żagań to specialist educational centres and science centres in Wrocław, Poznań and Szczecin. The contractor must provide transport by air-conditioned coach, local transfers, road and parking costs, guides and tour leaders, accident insurance, admission tickets and time for short city walks. The service must be carried out between contract signing and 31 October 2026, with trips planned for September–October 2026. The award criteria are price, experience of the assigned person and a social aspect. The bidder must have a tour operator/travel intermediary authorisation, relevant experience and a qualified pilot, and must submit the required declarations and evidence.
