Geodetic works, part 8

Summary

The contract concerns geodetic services: land subdivision, boundary determination, preliminary subdivision designs and geodetic documentation, including legal-purpose documentation, boundary changes, garage measurements and documentation for easement routes and land-use changes. The work must be completed within 60 days for the first part of the scope and within 45 days for the remaining part of the scope, counted from contract signature, unless the bidder offers a shorter period under the non-price award criteria. The award criteria are price and two completion-time criteria. The bidder must have at least one qualified geodesy and cartography specialist and must submit the required offer form, price form and representation documents.
