Summary

This is a supply contract for medical devices and operating theatre equipment for the Rheumatology Centre, divided into five lots: an anaesthesia trolley, operating table accessories, a mobile stand for a bandage power supply unit, surgical instruments and a shaver handle. The contract is awarded under the open basic procedure, and price is the only award criterion. The bidder must submit the required declaration, CE conformity documents, medical device registration documents or EUDAMED registration proof, and product evidence for the offered items. The offer must be in Polish and submitted electronically within the deadline.
