Multi-discipline design documentation for a multifunctional cultural institution in Komańcza

Summary

The tender concerns the preparation of comprehensive multi-discipline design documentation for a multifunctional cultural institution in Komańcza. The selected contractor must design the reconstruction, extension, superstructure and change of use of building no. 1, site development for areas 2–4, an outdoor amphitheatre stage for about 300 people, interior arrangements, and obtain the necessary opinions, approvals, technical conditions, administrative decisions and permits, including building permit or effective notification if required. The contractor must also update cost estimates and bills of quantities twice on request, answer questions during the construction works procurement stage, provide author’s supervision during the works, and transfer economic copyright to the contracting authority. The bid is evaluated on price and the architect’s experience. The bidder must meet the experience and staffing requirements and provide the required declarations and evidence.
