Supply of protective packaging for the State Archives in Katowice – Stage 2

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of protective packaging for the State Archives in Katowice in three lots: archival boxes and tied folders; boxes, folders, envelopes and paper; and transport boxes. The contract is to be performed within 15 days. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish. The award criteria are price (60%) and shortening the delivery time (40%). The bidder must meet the participation conditions, including proof of at least one properly performed supply of protective packaging worth at least PLN 300,000.00 in the last 3 years, and must submit the required technical specification, quality certificates and samples.
