The tender concerns preparation of design and cost estimate documentation for the extension of county road No. 3231P between the railway crossing and Brzeźniak. The contractor will need to prepare maps, geotechnical opinions and soil investigations, green inventory, concept designs, environmental and water-law documentation, road layout and architectural-construction designs, branch designs, traffic organisation designs, bills of quantities, investor cost estimates and technical specifications, and obtain the necessary opinions, approvals and final building or ZRID decision. Bids are submitted electronically. The only award criteria are price and extension of the warranty period. The bidder must meet the exclusion rules and appoint at least one qualified road designer with the required experience.
