Supplementary equipment for volunteer fire brigades in Tarnów commune – second procedure

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of equipment for volunteer fire brigades in Tarnów commune in two lots: portable digital radio telephones and rescue and firefighting equipment. The contract is for delivery only, with a performance period of 1 month from signing the contract. Bidders may submit an offer for one or both lots. The award criteria are price (60%) and warranty period (40%). The minimum warranty is 12 months, and the bidder must state the warranty period in full months. The offer must be submitted electronically via e-Zamówienia, in Polish, and signed with an electronic signature. For Lot I, the bidder must prove experience in communication equipment deliveries worth at least PLN 50,000 gross in the last 3 years. For Lot II, the bidder must prove experience in rescue and firefighting or personal fire-protection equipment deliveries worth at least PLN 20,000 gross in the last 3 years. Technical specification forms are mandatory, and for Lot II CNBOP certificates are required for several items.
