Summary

The tender concerns design services for improving water management in Kraśnik Commune. The contractor must prepare multi-discipline pre-design documentation and full design-and-cost documentation, and obtain all necessary administrative decisions, opinions, agreements and permits needed for construction works. The scope covers modernisation and renovation of water intake infrastructure, water intake infrastructure in Dąbrowa-Bór and Spławy Pierwsze, and renovation and refurbishment of water reservoirs in Słodków Trzeci. The concept with cost estimates, quantity take-offs and other financial documents must be prepared, agreed and delivered within 30 days from contract signature, and the whole contract must be completed within 5 months. The price is weighted at 60%, designer experience at 20%, and the deadline for presenting the concept and related documents at 20%.
