Supply of IT equipment and teaching aids divided into individual contract lots

Summary

The tender concerns the supply, delivery, carrying in, installation where required, configuration and commissioning of educational and IT equipment for a primary school, divided into five lots. The lots cover specialist teaching rooms, computer and IT equipment, photographic and multimedia equipment, robotics/coding and stage equipment, and teaching aids and educational materials for pupils’ interest activities. The contractor must also provide Polish-language instructions, any required documentation, training for at least five staff members where required, and all components needed for proper operation. The offer is evaluated on price, social aspects and extension of the warranty period. The bidder must submit the required declarations and, for the winning bidder, supporting documents confirming the absence of exclusion grounds.
