Construction supervision for the modernization of electrical installation in a building in Warsaw under a design-and-build model

Summary

The contract concerns investor supervision over the modernization of the electrical installation, including adaptation of the building to different emergency power sources, for a building in Warsaw under a design-and-build model. The service lasts 27 months from the contract with the works contractor, but not later than 31 December 2028. The award criterion is price only.
