Technical design documentation and building permit for the construction of the ZSS wing in Kędzierzyn-Koźle in passive building technology – second procedure

Summary

The contracting authority is procuring services to prepare full technical design documentation for the construction of a new wing of the Special School Complex named after Jan Brzechwa in Kędzierzyn-Koźle, including obtaining the final building permit. The work covers concept design, full multi-discipline design documentation, supporting analyses, approvals and authorisations, and author’s supervision until final acceptance of the construction works. The bidder must have experience with at least one passive-building design-and-cost-estimate project that obtained a building permit and must provide a qualified design team with the required licences and experience.
