Backhoe loader purchase with power from 110 HP

Summary

The contracting authority, the Municipality of Opoczno, is buying and delivering a brand-new backhoe loader with engine power of at least 110 HP. This is a supply contract under the open national procedure, with no lots, no variants, no bid security and no performance guarantee. The contract must be completed within 60 days from signing. Bids are evaluated on price and warranty length. The bidder must submit the required declaration of no exclusion grounds, the offer form and, if relevant, proof of authority and a power of attorney.
