Summary

The tender concerns the supply of laboratory equipment in six lots: a vertical steam sterilizer (laboratory autoclave), two forced-air laboratory incubators, one laboratory incubator, a demineralizer, a filtration set and an automatic SPE extraction system. The contract is to be performed by 16 December 2026. Bids are evaluated on price and warranty period. The bidder must submit the required exclusion declaration, manufacturer documents confirming the offered parameters, the offer form and proof of authority to sign, and foreign-language documents must be translated into Polish.
