Supply of equipment for the Care and Residential Centre in Radziechów

Summary

The tender concerns the supply, transport, unloading and, where required, assembly, installation, start-up and staff training for equipment for the Care and Residential Centre in Radziechów. The contract is divided into 3 lots: furniture, medical and rehabilitation equipment, and certified catering equipment. The bidder must submit the required declarations and product evidence, and for each lot must show relevant experience from at least one similar delivery within the last 3 years, with minimum values of PLN 100,000 gross for Lot 1 and PLN 30,000 gross for Lots 2 and 3.
