Therapeutic camp for adolescents in developmental crisis and their adoptive families

Summary

The contract concerns the organisation and delivery of a therapeutic camp for adolescents in developmental crisis and their adoptive families. The service includes diagnostic meetings, three two-day weekend off-site workshops and feedback meetings. The contractor must provide therapists, workshop content, accommodation and full board for participants and the therapists during the off-site meetings, as well as suitable rooms for group sessions and individual consultations. The offer is evaluated on price and the experience of the persons assigned to perform the contract. The bidder must meet the staffing and experience requirements and submit the required declarations and documents in Polish.
