Modernisation of the Honeywell Enterprise Buildings Integrator (EBI) system used by PAP S.A. in liquidation

Summary

The contract concerns the modernisation and upgrade of the Honeywell Enterprise Buildings Integrator (EBI) building management system used by PAP S.A. in liquidation. The contractor must upgrade the system from version 410.2 to the latest stable version available from the manufacturer, migrate it to the contracting authority’s virtual infrastructure, update configuration and visualisations, carry out integration and configuration work, deliver a report for access card usage, and train the contracting authority’s administrators. The work must be completed within 21 days from contract signature. The award criterion is price only. The bidder must meet the participation conditions on experience, insurance, Honeywell authorisation and staff certificates, and must submit the required declarations and later supporting documents.
