The tender concerns the preparation of a concept and a functional and utility programme, together with equipment, for investments under civil protection and civil defence. The work covers three facilities: an OLiOC warehouse, a collective protection shelter, and a multifunctional collective protection facility with rescue, social, cultural and educational functions.
