Architectural design services for a multi-family housing development in Chrzanów

Summary

The contract concerns the preparation of a complete building design and obtaining a final building permit for a multi-family housing development with service premises, technical infrastructure and site development in Chrzanów at the intersection of Pogorska and Kalinowa streets. The contractor must prepare the architectural concept, geotechnical documentation, project maps, all necessary approvals and permits, the complete architectural and construction design, technical and execution designs, cost estimates, schedules, technical specifications and author’s supervision. Participation requires mandatory site inspection, civil liability insurance of at least PLN 1,000,000, experience with a comparable multi-discipline residential project, and a project team with the required licensed designers.
