Supply of a brand-new tracked mini excavator with attachments and a brand-new transport trailer

Summary

The contract concerns the supply and delivery of one brand-new, unused tracked mini excavator with complete equipment and working attachments, plus one brand-new transport trailer for transporting the excavator and its attachments, for the needs of Gmina Chodel. The equipment must be complete, ready for use, free from defects, and accompanied by the documents required by law and the tender documents. The bidder must submit the technical equipment form from Annex 7, and the bid is assessed on price, shortened delivery time and warranty length. The bidder must also meet the exclusion rules and show at least one relevant delivery reference from the last 5 years worth at least PLN 120,000 gross.
