Successive supply of containers for used disposable medical equipment, containers for histopathological material, ECG recording paper, CTG paper and gels

Summary

This is a supply contract for three lots: containers for used disposable medical equipment, containers for histopathological material, and recording paper and gels for ECG, ultrasound and CTG examinations. The contract runs for 24 months, with a minimum order level of 75% of the contract value. Bids may be submitted for one, several or all lots. Price is the only award criterion. The bidder must submit the required declaration under Article 125(1), prepare the bid in Polish, and sign it with an authorised electronic, trusted or personal signature.
