Summary

The tender concerns the supply, removal of old devices and installation of new measuring devices: heat meters with radio modules, cold and hot water meters with radio modules, and standard cold water meters without a radio module. The contract also includes annual radio readings in 2027–2031 and processing of the data in a format that can be imported into the contracting authority’s IT system or accessed via a portal. The contract is divided into 3 lots. Price is the only award criterion. The bidder must submit technical descriptions of the offered devices and the required declarations and register extract with the offer.
