Intercom installation replacement and conversion of analogue devices to digital in the building at Zakopiańska 17-21, Szczecin

Summary

The contract concerns construction works to replace the intercom installation and convert analogue devices to digital ones in the building at Zakopiańska 17-21 in Szczecin. The work includes dismantling the old system, installing a digital intercom system, replacing 48 apartment handsets, programming and commissioning, restoring finishes after the works, and handing over the code table. The contract duration is 60 calendar days from handover of the site. The award criterion is price only. The bidder must have civil liability insurance of at least PLN 30,000, relevant experience in at least two similar works worth at least PLN 30,000 in total, and at least one person with SEP electrical authorisations up to 1 kV.
