Purchase of a laser projector for Ratusz cinema in Zduńska Wola

Summary

The tender concerns the supply, installation, configuration and training for one laser digital cinema projector and lens for Ratusz cinema in Zduńska Wola. The contractor must remove the old projection set, install the new equipment on the existing projection booth platform, replace signal cabling, calibrate the system to DCI 4K requirements, and train up to 3 people for at least 3 hours. The equipment must be brand new, from a legal distribution channel, compatible with the existing cinema server and 3D system, and covered by at least a 36-month warranty. The bid must be submitted electronically, in Polish, with a bid security of PLN 5,000 and proof of at least one similar DCI 4K cinema projection supply with installation worth at least PLN 300,000 gross in the last 3 years.
